about me
Hello! I’m Kimberley & I love teaching. I have taught English as a Second Language to students from around the world & of all different ages. My experience includes teaching in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Mexico, California, and Uganda! Currently I’m an ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) Teacher at a public high school.
I love seeing students have an “ah ha!” moment. I’m always trying to find and create new ways to engage my students while making learning meaningful and productive.
Development & Education
I started this blog and resource page because I believe ALL teachers should have access to resources and training. My undergraduate degree was in Intercultural Studies with a focus on International Development & Relief. I then studied TESOL in graduate school. My desire is to combine development and education. I’m continually looking for ways to do this on a larger scale, but for now, this little blog is the start.
